International Conference on, 'Managing in Future: Role of Ethics, Spirituality, and Human Values', at DSVV

Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, a unique University dedicated for the Global Cultural Renaissance, is co-organizing an International symposium with AIMS (Association of Indian Management Scholars), and IBA (Indus Business Academy), Noida from August 11th -13th, 2010. The theme of the conference is: “Managing in Future: Role of Ethics, Spirituality, and Human Values”
Value based management calls for a unique philosophy of leadership. It holds that a genuine leader sees himself or herself as the ultimate servant and a teacher, one who empowers others to realize the hidden potential, not one who rules by fear or refuses to be accountable to others. A well defined value based management system sharpens and crystallizes the leader’s philosophy around a set of universal moral principles.
The purpose of the conference is to provide a forum that stimulates discussion on the conference theme and topics related with the theme. The conference will also provide opportunities for networking and collaboration amongst scholars from academia, industry and government. In addition to papers on the conference theme, the scholars are also encouraged to submit papers on any aspect of management and technology such as accounting, marketing, finance, OB, HRM, MIS, Entrepreneurship, quantitative methods, technology, services, energy, operations, economics, etc
