The management of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya is being organised by Shantikunj. This university will cultivate a nursery of social, national and global welfare. Management committee of Vishwavidyalaya is headed by Dr. Pranav Pandya who has by the kind request and consent of the state Government accepted the charge of Chancellor. He has appointed Dr. S.P. Mishra, a renowned educationist and an adept administrator as the Vice Chancellor of the university. Dr. S.P. Mishra is working as the chief executive office and academic head of the University under the direction of Chancellor. Shri Gourishankar Sharma is collaborating as Officiating Registrar with the Vice Chancellor in administration. Besides this, a selfless, dedicated and erudite staff along with a team of experts is assisting the Vice Chancellor in the management of the University.

Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya is the revelation of a meditative truth emerged in the elevated consciousness of Yugrishi Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya. Revered, Acharyashri, an absolute saint, savant and seer envisioned it at the peak of his spiritual practices amidst Divine Himalayas. After the visit of Himalayas, he established the holy pilgrimage Shantikunj to inculcate the knowledge of divine ancient Indian Culture covering various dimensions; whose sublimity and grandeur upsurged gradually and is still multiplying. Acharyashri founded Brahmavarchas Research Institute in 1979 to conduct advanced research works on various aspects of 'Divine Indian Culture' (Devasanskriti) to establish and promote scientific spirituality. Few years before his Mahanirvana, he thought of Devasanskriti-Vishwavidyalaya to work out a systematic and detailed analysis and augmentation of various elements, facts and doctrines of Devasanskriti, Further, his spiritual consort Vandaniya Mata Bhagavati Devi Sharma provided ground to this divine project. Motivated by the impetus and momentum of the RishiYugma their disciple children collectively resolved for its establishment after their departure. Due to the startling conjugation of blessing and diligence Devasanskriti-Vishwavidyalaya can now be visualized by everyone as a manifesting divine truth envisioned by Acharyashri in is luminous trance.

Dr. Pranav Pandya has M.B.B.S., M.D. and is the director of Brahmvarchas Research Institute, Shantikunj Haridwar, India. He graduated from M.G.M. Medical College, Indore, India in January 1972 with first class marks topping the list. He has M.D. in Internal Medicine in December 1975 from M.G.M Medical College, Indore with honors and a Gold Medal. He qualified for a job as a resident physician in Ohio State University Medical College USA, after clearing ECFMG examination from Malaysia (Kuala-Lumpur) in February 1974. However, Dr. Saheb (Known by this name) decided not to accept the residentship.

Dr. Pranav Pandya is a close and direct disciple of Pundit Shri Ram Sharma Acharyaji. Dr. Pranav Pandya had joined Brahmvarchas Research Institute voluntarily so as to serve masses and to establish inter communion of Science with Spirituality. He was initially instrumental in the establishment of a sophisticated laboratory at the institute with all possible medical, electronic and electro physiological gadgets to measure various parameters. These are the parameters, which could assess the change in biochemical and bio-physiological status of human beings. Healthy, diseased and stressed human beings were chosen and their problems were identified as well as investigated. There after psychological reassurance, biofeedback, herbal medicines and dietary modifications were suggested. Till now, more than 20,000 human beings have been analyzed and subjected to psycho-spiritual treatment as mentioned above giving them full relief from day to day stress and strain and also from the psychosomatic ailments. He has served as the faculty of Cardiology at M.G.M. Medical College. He also has served as the physician in-charge for the Indoor and Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Kasturba Hospital in BHEL Bhopal. Dr. Pranav Pandya has assisted in major cardiothoracic emergencies. He is a life member of API, Theosophical International, American Association of Advancement of Science and unity School.

He was awarded The Hindu of the Year 1997. He has delivered exclusive lectures on Scientific Spirituality, Art of Living, Herbal Healing & Science of Soul. Dr. Pranav Pandya is well known around the world as the Spiritual Healer. He has addressed the House of Commons. He also has participated in World Parliament of Religion.

He is the current Editor of Akhand Jyoti the monthly magazine with a circulation of more than one million in Hindi and in many Indian languages. He has traveled all over the globe to spread the light of Indian culture. He has established the branches of All World Gayatri Pariwar in over 80 countries.

Dr.S.P Mishra has done doctorate in philosophy from Indian agriculture Research Institute New Delhi . His doctoral dissertation is on entrepreneurship development in backward districts. He also has a Master of science and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Extension. 

He worked as the Dean of the JSS Academy of Technical Education and as the Chief executive of Information Technology Business Incubator and center of Learning and education of GGS Indraprastha University Delhi. He was the Director of the Institute of Entrepreneurship Development U.P. Lucknow ( India ) and Director (Behavior Sciences) at National Institute for Entrepreneurship and small business development New Delhi . He has taught MSc, PhD and Post Graduate Diploma Students at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He has published eight books and more than 40 articles.

He participated in a workshop organized by commonwealth secretariat in Zambia in 1989. He visited Netherlands for a three week interaction program on Entrepreneurial Skill Development sponsored by UNDP. He has worked in Maldives as a consultant to devise strategy for youth enterprise development. He was invited by Commonwealth Youth Program Asia Center to design, plan and organize a special program for the participants of Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Singapore. 

All the activities of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya from establishment to imparting of education, research, training and other public ventures entirely depend for financial support on Sri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Haridwar, which is of charitable nature. For its charitable activities, it has been granted 100% exemption on Income Tax from Govt. of India on this 200 crore project. Such a gigantic plan of Himalayan magnitude is being executed without any financial assistance from government with full faith that generous members of Gayatri Pariwar and of society having love for Dev Sanskriti (Divine Culture) shall extend their whole hearted support, to raise the Vishwavidyalaya to the peak of glory.
