Vishwavidyalaya. This university is the manifestation of divine vision as
seen by the yugrishi Pt. ShriRam Sharma Acharya. It is an ethereal beam of
his elevated consciousness. The spiritual aspirations will be satisfied here
along with academic pursuits. Sufficient opportunities and conducive
environment have been amassed here for the fabrication of life.
The
syllabus of the university has been designed in a way that the objectives of
self and social welfare can readily be readily attained. The course chosen by
you will not only provide numerous opportunities of employment and self-reliance
but also ensure your participation in national cultural elevation, human
welfare and global upliftment.

- All the
course in the University except the certificate course are of Post
Graduate level
- Maximum
number of students in each course will not exceed 30
- 20 seats may
be occupied through entrance exams in each course, in rest of the 10
seats preference would be given to the candidates of backward and hilly
areas.
- All the male
and female candidates are equally eligible for admission in all these
courses
- Entrance exam
will consist of a written test and interview, where candidate's
objective of study, adhesion for the ideals of Devsanskriti and
potential to adopt the Ashram life style will be judged.
- The minimum
qualification for the postgraduate course is a graduate degree from a
recognized university.

Download the admission form for Common Entrance Test for
admission (2005-2006 session), deadline to send in the application forms is
June 15th, 2005. Applications are invited for 3 certificate courses: Yogic
Science, Theology,
Holistic Health management and the Rural Development.
The
Prospectus and Admission forms are available in the registrar office on cash
payment of Rs.50/-. Application form may be obtained by sending a Bank
demand draft of Rs.100/-in favour of Registrar ,Dev Sanskriti
Vishwavidyalaya payable at Hardwar.

Fees

Devsanskriti Vishwavidyalaya has decided not to take any
financial aid of any kind from Govt. or any other institution like UGC, etc.
Its financial curriculum will proceed through the co-operation and assistance
of Gayatri-Pariwar Parijans. No tution fee is charged from students. They
need to pay only the minimum actual expenditure as boarding, lodging,
library, laboratory and other common charges. The price of books and other
sundry expenses are borne by students during their stay at campus.

Rules
and Regulations

Devsanskriti
Vishwavidyalaya has been established to fabricate and mould eminent
personalities following the high ideals of Devsanskriti. Thus to possess the
same glory of the ancient Gurukulas, it is necessary for the students of the
university to obey certain rules and thus proceed efficiently towards their
respective goals.
·
Indian costume is necessary for all the students of the
University. Indian wear signifies Dhoti-Kurta or Paijama-Kurta for males and
Saree or Salwaar Kameez for females.
·
All sorts of addictions like-Alcohols, Smoking, Tobacco or
Beetel chewing etc. are strictly prohibited in University campus.
·
Everyone must be present at University prayer and Yagna during
assembly.
·
Simplicity, sobriety and dutifulness must be followed by
everyone.
·
75% attendance is compulsory for students, otherwise they can
not appear in examinations.
·
Everyone must follow the instructions of Discipline-Committee
and Vice-Chancellor. It is the right of Discipline-Committee/Vice-Chancellor to
punish the guilty for any indiscipline in University.
